Asphalt Roof Renewal
The NOTTINGHAM CITY COUNCIL HOUSE,
NOTTINGHAM.
In 2006, as a listed Nottingham City Council roofing contractor, Raynormastic completed a mastic asphalt roof renewal of the The City Council House. (see home page for pictures)
The asphalt roofing material used was Permaphalt, a Permanite produced poly-modified mastic asphalt.As the Council House roof was completed by a Permanite listed mastic asphalt contractor it carries with it Permanites' extensive guarantee. Note the re-roof was completed on time and within budget.

Inverted Asphalt Roof & Roof Garden

Raynormastic have completed the installation of a Permaphalt Mastic Asphalt Roof upon The Glasshouse in Nottingham. The type of roofing system installed is technically known as an inverted roof, or as it is known in the trade, an upside down roof .Simply meaning that the insulation is laid on top of the finnished mastic asphalt roof, after the mastic asphalt has been installed, with the insulation then being slabbed or gravelled over. As The Glasshouse in Permaphalt and was completed by a Permanite listed mastic asphalt contractor it carries with it Permanites' extensive guarantee.

Asphalt Roof & Car Park Renewal
The LEICESTER MERCURY NEWSPAPER,

Raynormastic have completed the installation of a Permapark Mastic Asphalt Car Park renewal upon The Leicester Mercury in Leicesters' city centre. The type of roofing/car park system installed is known as paving. This entails the installation of a waterproofing low grit content mastic asphalt layer. Upon this layer is installed the wearing coat, which is a high grit content mastic asphalt.As the Leicester Mercury Car Park renewal was completed in Permapark and by a Permanite listed mastic asphalt contractor, it carries with it Permanites' extensive guarantee
